The extension will be installed trough Adobe Extension Manager, you just have to unzip the package and click on the *.mxp file. If any problem occurs, please refer to the online tutorial "How to install an extension".
In order to register the extension, after installation, open the Dreamweaver and click on the "Insert Image Show PRO". Here you will be prompted to register your copy of Creative DW Image Show PRO using the license key received by email.
The license key and the download link can be found in the email received from Extend Studio and also on www.extendstudio.com under My Products from the Account section (please login in order to view your products details).
The extension can be found in the Image Show PRO Toolbar Category from the Dreamweaver Insert Toolbar.
The Insert Toolbar can be opened by pressing Ctrl+F2 or select Insert from the Window menu; it is a toolbar that contains multiple categories. You need to select the Image Show PRO category in order to see Image Show PRO Toolbar.

The documentation can be found on the right sidebar of the extensions interface; also, it is be available online.
Samples and tutorials are available together with the documentation and are accessed by pressing the HELP button found at the right-side of the extension interface.
The license is a one user/one device and cannot be used simultaneously on two devices.
In order to transfer the license from one computer to another you have to reset the serial number, to do that you have to:
- Login to your Extend account.
- After that go to Account>My products.
- Click on the correspondent Reset Key button.
- Now you can install the product on the new device.
Because it’s a one user/one device license the product will not work anymore on the other computer when you transferred the license.
- Cause: the problem may occur if you don’t have an internet connection when you try to register the product or your firewall is stopping the communication with the registration server.
- Solution: check your internet connection and make sure that it is working; check your firewall settings and make sure that it's allowing the extension to communicate with the registration server.
- Cause: the issue appears when you are trying to use the license on second computer or trying to reinstall the extension. Please note that the license is a one user/one device and cannot be used simultaneously on two devices.
- Solution: in order to transfer the license from one computer to another you have to reset the serial number; follow the steps below:
- Login to your Extend account.
- After that go to Account>My products.
- Click on the correspondent Reset Key button.
- Now you can install the product on the new device.
- Note: because it's a one use/one device license the product will not work anymore on the first computer when you transferred the license.
- Cause: the problem may occur if you trying to use a wrong license key.
- Solution: use the correct license key that was provided to you, via email, when you bought the product.
- Note: The license key can also be found on www.extendstudio.com under My Products from the Account section (please login in order to view you products details).
Before successfully reinstalling the extension you need to reset your license. In order to do that you have to:
- Login to your Extend account.
- After that go to Account>My products.
- Click on the correspondent Reset Key button.
- Now you can install the product on the new device.
Please note that if you don’t reset the license you will receive ERROR CODE 201.
