Create a Stack

Add Some Cards

Start Reviewing

Study provides you with two useful learning tools, the Practice and the Drill stack. For optimal results you should use both of them. Here’s how:

New cards are added to the Drill stack automatically. When you’re ready to start learning them, just select the Drill stack and start reviewing. You should go through all the cards in the stack once. If you mark an answer as correct, the card will be removed from the Drill stack and scheduled for practice the next day. If you mark an answer as incorrect, the card will remain in the Drill stack. After you’ve answered all cards in the Drill stack once, you should take a break. After the break, repeat the remaining cards in the Drill stack, answering each card only once.

You should generally try to clear the Drill stack by evening. So for optimal results, you should go through the cards in the Practice stack in the morning, then start drilling the cards you didn’t answer correctly throughout the day.

For best results, you need be focussed when reviewing cards. This means that you should relax for a moment before starting. Sit down and don’t think about the topic of your flashcards yet. When you’re ready, don’t rush it. Start with the first card. If you don’t recall the answer instantly, think about it for a moment, allow yourself some time.
