2. Antivirus Programs: Many antivirus programs flag PC monitoring programs like SSPro as "security risks" due to the types of data they log (keystrokes, websites, etc) and may interfere with the installation or use of SSPro. Often such antivirus programs provide their users with methods to exclude SSPro from future interference. For more information, please see: Antivirus Configuration Information

Network Installation:
SSPro can be installed in a network environment whereby all installations of SSPro log their data to a common “shared” folder. For each installation, install SSPro to the default local hard drive location and then log into SSPro and change the SSPro data directory location to the shared folder. This can be accomplished via the SSPro's settings area. Monitored user accounts will need to have "full permissions" to this shared folder in order for logging to take place. For a detailed tutorial on how to setup SSPro in a networked environment please visit: SSPro Network Setup Tutorial.

Email Features:
You can optionally configure SSPro to send activity log files, alerts and screen snapshots to you remotely via email. To view activity log files remotely you will also need to install SSPro on the viewing machine. SSPro’s email features use SMTP to send log files, alerts and snapshots. For a detailed tutorial on how to configure SSPro's email settings please visit: SSPro Email Setup Tutorial.

How to Uninstall:
Uninstallation of SSPro can be performed through the settings area of the program, program shortcuts or the uninstall menu option. If you have forgotten your SSPro password you must first re-install SSPro over the existing installation and select the option to "overwrite" any existing settings and database thereby resetting the password to “sspro”. You can then uninstall SSPro via the previously mentioned areas.
