All you have to do is enter the IP address and MAC address of a computer, and then click the Wake button. WakeOnCommand will remember the computers you enter for future use.

A solution at last!

I have a small-form-factor PC in the house that is dedicated to running one single program for which there is absolutely no macOS equivalent. First of all, it's difficult to wake a sleeping PC connected solely by Wi-Fi, but enough Googling yielded the solution. However, even when it's possible to wake that PC, Microsoft Remote Desktop cannot do it. Luckily, in trying find out how to send a "magic packet," I ran across this tiny app, and it works perfectly. It wakes that PC from sleep by Wi-Fi with the click of a button, and voilà, Bob's your uncle. Wake on Command works every time and allows Microsoft Remote Desktop to connect, saving me from a walk around the house every time I need to access the headless PC.

Simple and lightweight, no frills and just works

Networking can be a tricky topic. I am no expert, but I've been around computers long enough to know what to look up if I don't understand something. With that said, this app didn't work initially for me. But I figured out the correct entries and now I can wake up one of our SamsungTVs instead of having to use any Samsung app. Also works for waking up my gaming PC.

Excellent and simple app that just works (if you know what you're doing!)

Works like magic

I spent two days searching for ways to wake my Home PC. And I finally got this app. Works like magic. All you need is to get your WiFi PC info: IPv4 address, Physical address (MAC), mask - (windows 11) Start/Settings/Network/Advanced network settings/Hardware. and Connection properties.
