- This utility installs an updated version of the VAIO Update software to provide support for the Microsoft Windows 10 operating system.

- Download the EP0000323706.exe file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).
- Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the EP0000323706.exe file to begin the installation.
- If the User Account Control screen appears, click Yes or Continue.
- Please follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
- Please wait for the installation to complete.
- At the Your VAIO must restart for installation to complete screen, click OK to restart the computer.
