Doctor is a free software for the management of the medical office that doesn't need to be installed on the computer.
Your medical archive will not be saved on the computer: the entire medical archive and appointments will be saved only in the USB stick. Upon removal of the USB stick no evidence of the medical archive are left in the computer.
If the portability is not a requirement you can install the program also on the hard disk.
The user interface has been designed to help the inexperienced users to use the program without training. In the same time it tries to anticipate their needs. For example, the system learn your habits about the appointments and automatically selects the start time and duration.
You'll be amazed on how easy is to find and use all the available functionalities.
Operation Modes
Normal: just insert the USB stick in the computer and open the program.
Remote: start the program in your home computer and access it securely from everywhere.
Whichever operation mode you choose, you will be able to use the application simultaneously from all your devices, using only one USB stick.
You can save the contacts information (telephone number, address) in your smartphone.
You can also save in the smartphone the medical data (like the medical visits) and access them without an internet connection.

What is new in this release:
Version 3.8: New functionality in "MEDiX Doctor - Application": statistics. You can create charts about the number of the new or edited records, appointments, visits and revenue. You can choose up to two different time periods or days and compare the charts. You can find the statistics in "Tools > Statistics".

Version 3.6: you can activate the remote use directly from the "Doctor console".
What is new in version 3.1:
You can set in "Toos > Interface" the writing mode: left to right or right to left. The contact's page has changed and it looks like the record page. Apart from the page with the contact's data there are two more pages with the appointments and the attachments of the contact. In the data page of the record, has been added a new field with the VCard file of the contact. You can download the VCard file directly from the page, choosing whether to have only the basic contact information or also the medical data. (advanced version) Also, you can photograph the QR code and save quickly the basic data of the contact on a mobile device. In sick bay page ("Tools > Sick bay") has added the VCard of the sick bay in the form of QR code. You can print and use the QR code in your business card.
